My grand aunt reminded me again to have patience.
"Sickness comes on the back of a horse and leaves on the back of a snail".
I had a wonderful day today. We finally got a nice boutique hotel's contract; i was able to exercise more;watch my favourite movie and end the work day with a massage in ocean breeze on my balcony.
I have to brag about these "good" days because there are plenty bad ones.
Controlling negative thoughts is half of the battle. I find that when I think I can or can't, I am right!
